Program Description
The Software Chef SMS program is operated by CedarView IT Solutions. Messages are sent to catering industry workers who have been invited by their employer to use The Software Chef staff platform.
Who Can Receive Messages
Only individuals who have been directly invited by a verified business administrator will receive messages. This is not a marketing program. Messages are operational in nature and directly related to your employment or contractor relationship.
Explicit Consent
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from CedarView IT Solutions as described above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Types of Messages Sent
- One-time verification codes for account authentication
- Shift availability notifications
- Event day communications and reminders
- Platform alerts from your employer
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages when new shifts are published, when you are assigned to an event, or when your employer sends an announcement.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
